- Garden Cottage

- As the name suggests, Garden
Cottage is smaller than Garden House but it still retains a spacious
feel with well proportioned rooms.

- A central staircase leads to
four bedrooms; One double en-suite room, another double, one
twin and one single, A second family bathroom can also be found
on this floor.

- To the rear of the property
there is a private patio and private walled garden.

- Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast
bar, electric cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer
and microwave.

- The large lounge and dining
room with comfortable three piece suite /sofa bed and extending
dining table with chairs.

- Tarrif Includes all bed linen,
towels, electricity and central heating.

- Garden House
-
- Garden House is a large family
house, parts of which date back to the 16th Century. It is situated
in the heart of the Estate in it's own private garden, with adequate
parking to the side.
The ground floor consists of Comfortable lounge with open fire
place, furnished with a five piece suite/double bed settee,T.Vand
VCR, a large dining room, fully fitted kitchen with electric
cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.

- Washing machine and tumble
dryer are situated in the utility room adjacent.
- Also from the lounge, a hallway
leads to a bedroom. Adjacent is a rest room with toilet.

- Stairs from the Hall lead to
the first floor of the house, comprising four bedrooms.

- Bedroom one has a king size
bed; Bedroom two has a double king size bed; Bedroom three has
a double king size bed; Bedroom four has two single beds.

- Two bathrooms are provided
on this floor.

- Gloucester
Lodge

- Gloucester Lodge is Situated
in Orchardleigh Park - the impressive pre 19th Century castellated
lodge is set within 400 acres of spectacular rolling Somerset
countryside.

- Grade II listed and of particular
special national importance being one of only 4% of buildings
in this category Gloucester Lodge was renovated in 1811 by Jeffrey
Wyattville.

- A picturesque gothic style
building with 3 story towers to each side of the portcullis latticework
wooden gates – incorporates two further floors either side
of the towers.

- The forecourt is surrounded
by semi circular castellated curtain walls flanked by machicolated
towers forming giant gate piers – enveloping a landscaped
garden.

- All properties have smoke alarms,
wardrobes and ample storage.
- Electricity, bedding, heating
and towels are included in the rental price of each property.

- We also provide televisions,
video recorders, telephones and music systems.
- The kitchens are well equipped
with crockery and cooking utensils as well as cleaning materials,
tea towels, irons and ironing boards.
- Appliances are as listed separately
under each property description. In the summer, patio furniture
and B.B.Q.'s are provided for each property.
