located hotel situated in a quiet tree lined road within a short
walking distance to all amenities including the Riviera centre
for conferences,swimming,fitness,the seafront and town,an ideal
base to explore the delights of "The English Riviera"
and beyond.

- We pride ourselves on our attentive
high standards of service and cleanliness recognised by the RAC
who have awarded us sparkling diamond and warm welcome.
Our rooms are all ,en-suite except one single which has private
facillities,every room has freeview tv,hospitality tray,and hairdryer,
tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.

- We welcome children and have reduced
rates for uder 12's, we can provide cots and highchairs free
of charge.

- All our rooms are non-smoking
although we have a designated smoking area.

- We offer B&B or half board,our
evening meals are all home cooked using fresh ingredients,special
diets can be catered for on prior notice,the bar is located in
the dining room and offers a selection of bottled beers,wines,spirits
and soft drinks.

- If you travel using public transport
we can arrange a coutesy pick up from local coach/train stations
where possible,if travelling by car we have a car park for your
use at the rear of the hotel.
