charming seaside town of Seaton, East Devon where the river Axe
flows into the sea.
In an elevated position with wonderful views across the Axe Valley
to the sea.

- We are open all year except
Christmas/New Year

- There are three guest rooms,
Bluebell, Poppy and Daisy, two doubles and one twin.
- All have en-suite bathrooms/shower
rooms. Each room has a TV, Tea and coffee making facilities,
mini fridge, and hair dryer.

- For breakfast we offer a wonderful
full English using fresh local produce, together with the usual
cereals, fruit juice, toast and jam and fresh fruit.

- We have been refurbishing the
house since June 2004.
- The interior is now complete.
- There are more plans for the
coming months, which include a conservatory on the side of the
house offering a wonderful view of the Axe valley.

- Adjacent to this will be a
raised patio so on a beautiful summer morning breakfast could
be taken outside. The garden will also be landscaped.

£55 per room for 1 night
£50 per room per night for 2 - 3 night stay
£45 per room per night for 4 - 6 night stay
£305 for a 1 week stay

- We will require a deposit of
30.00 per room when making a reservation.
There will be no refund in the event of cancellation
Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure normally
available for occupation by 2:00pm

only natural world Heritage site in Great Britain; the Jurassic
Coast.

- The Axe estuary is a haven
for wildlife and winds its way down to the sea beneath Haven
Cliffs.

- Ten minutes drive to the east
is Lyme Regis and to the west the fishing village of Beer and
the Regency town of Sidmouth.

have a round at the local golf course, Axecliff Golf Club, Axmouth.

- We are five minutes walk to
the town and the beach.

restaurants and pubs for lunch and evening meals which we would
be happy to recommend.
