which is situated on the ground floor.

- We are very happy to cater for
special occasions. Please advise us at time of booking, and should
you wish, we are able to arrange for flowers, champagne etc.

- On arrival we will provide you
with a parking permit (1 per room if you have a car) for use
in the car park opposite.
- The width of the front garden
gate is 87cm, and there is a step which is 17cm high into the
property.

- All bedrooms are en-suite, with
flannels and complimentary toiletries.

Coast Bus X53 which runs between Exeter & Weymouth passes

and Exeter. We can also arrange for our luxury 8 seater minibus
to pick you up for the airport or train station.
