Cromer is one of Norfolk's most attractive seaside resorts and is famous for its Amber, Jet and local caught crabs. Cromer crabs are considered the best you can get. The pier still has traditional summer shows, and also serves to launch the Cromer lifeboat. 	Cromer Pier. The pier celebrated its centenary in 2001. Today, the Edwardian pier is a popular destination with holidaymakers who come to be entertained at the pier's theatre, to walk along or to enjoy a bit of fishing from the pier-head. Location: In the centre of Cromer.
