Public transport is very good on the Isle of Man, and buses run all over the island. Take the Steam railway to Douglas. Take the Electric Railway to Ramsey, then from Ramsey by bus.

Only one line of a once vast Steam Railway system remains on the Isle of Man. Originally built in the late 1800's the lines covered about fifty miles. Now only the southern line which runs just over 15 miles from Douglas to Port Erin remains.
