en-suite bedrooms, all with digital 30 Channel Free View TV’s,
Telephone, Free WIFI Access, Hair Dryers, Heaters and Tea &
Coffee Making Facilities.

- Family rooms have an additional
single bed and Cots are also available at a small extra charge
of £5 per night, a second children’s single bed can
also be provided at a cost of £5 per night.
- There are also Twin and Double
Business Rooms, which have a Desk and Chair.
- If required we can also provide
triple rooms for 3 adults at an additional cost of £10
per room per night.

- Disabled Guests are very welcome
at Happy Guests Lodge. We have a Category 3 Disabled Room on
the ground floor and a flat level Car Park with a permanent Disabled
Car Parking Space and Ramp to gain easy access to the Lodge.
- We also have 9 other ground floor
rooms with easy access.

- Our Breakfast Room is on the first
floor, but at no extra charge we are happy to offer a room service
facility for Disabled Guests.
- Our Disabled Bathroom has both
a bath and shower over the bath and the relevant grab handles
in place.

- All Guests receive a FREE Continental
Breakfast as part of our standard Room Rate.

- We think you will enjoy it, choose
from 5 types of branded Cereals, White or Brown Toast, Grapefruit
Segments, Yogurts, Winter Porridge or Heinz Baked Beans, Orange
Juice, Apple Juice, Tea and Coffee.
- This is a self – service
breakfast and is available in our newly refurbished first floor
Breakfast Room, where free national newspapers are also available
and the latest news can be viewed on the digital TV ensuring
you have an informed start to the day.

can also be ordered at an additional cost of £2 per person
(FREE at weekends).

- A Grab & Go Continental Breakfast
Option is also available – for an additional £1.50.

– 9am Mon-Friday and 8- 10am Saturday and Sunday.
