A cosy estate with a house (120 m2) with private swimming pool
(open from 1/6 till 10-9) and a guest cottage (35 m2) with its
own entrance which was completely renovated in 2004. The location
is at the foot of the Mont Ventoux, between Vaison la Romaine
and Carpentras, at the edge of the beautiful and typical Provencal
town Malaucène. The property of 1100 m2 is somewhat special
due to the 6 garden levels, which the splendid terraces offer,
and panoramic views around the near and far surrounding. Ideal
base for hikes and mountain bike trips and various tourist and
cultural trips in the regions. NB: due to the various garden
levels this house is less suitable for people with limited mobility
and children who is not being kept under supervision. For reasons
of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups
of youngsters. |
