Travel Information Bury is a town on the northern side of Greater Manchester, between Rochdale and Bolton and just west of the M66. Its popularity has also been recently enhanced by the Metrolink tram/train service which terminates at Bury, and the reopening of the East Lancashire Light Railway which runs daily from Bury (Bolton Street) to Rawtenstall.
