 The Fylde is an area on
the west coast of England, north of the Wirral and south of the
Lake District, where you will find the traditional seaside resorts
of Lytham St Annes, Blackpool and Southport. Inland from the
Fylde Coast is beautiful unspoiled countryside with hamlets,
small villages and market towns. Further south is Merseyside;
Birkenhead and Liverpool are on each side of the Mersey estuary,
Liverpool with its impressive redevelopment of the Albert Dock
and grand civic buildings. |
