The Moot Hall is
the town's oldest building, built of a mixture of red brick,
flint and timber in 1500. There are many pubs and several good
restaurants. In the village you will find the Parrot and Punchbowl
Inn & Restaurant. St Andrew church in Aldringham, said to
be the posh end of Leiston, is about two miles south of Leiston.
