m2) with furnishings full of atmosphere. It consists of:
- kitchen-cum-living room (colour TV,
wood stove, sitting part)
- 1 double walkthrough bedroom (1 x 2,
shower, wash basin)
- 1 twin bedroom (2 x 1)
- WC
- Electric radiators throughout.

- Around the lodge are several
nice places to sit among which an intimate dining corner underneath
the grapes pergola and hammocks in between the apple trees.
- Two bicycles.
- All this is situated on 15
km2 grounds.
- The hospitable owners also
live on the estate (you can enjoy Burgundian meals here).
- In order to guarantee the quiet,
there is an age limit of 8 years and older. Fishing and boating
on the Canal de Nivernais possible on a walking distance.
- Within a 10 km circle there
are several possibilities for lake bathing.
